Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a Clinical degree with equivalent Marketing experience
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with proven success in product marketing, communications, and digital execution—preferably in healthcare or tech
- Proven ability to craft and execute integrated marketing strategies across content, campaigns, and channels
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
- Strong track record in developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement materials
- Hands-on expertise in digital marketing—email, paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and account-based marketing
- Data-driven mindset with solid experience in campaign measurement and analytics
- Excellent project management and organizational skills—able to juggle multiple initiatives without losing focus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and regulatory/compliance considerations in marketing
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated product marketing plans, including go-to-market strategies, campaign deliverables, timelines, and budget requirements
- Translate complex product features into meaningful customer benefits in partnership with Product Management
- Collaborate with the Marketing Analyst to gather market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging
- Create compelling product marketing assets—presentations, brochures, datasheets, and sales enablement tools like battle cards and ROI calculators
- Partner with sales teams to gather feedback and continuously optimize messaging, materials, and enablement programs
- Build and lead the product marketing communications strategy in collaboration with Brand and Communications teams
- Partner with Content and Campaign Managers to shape a product-specific content calendar and social media presence
- Plan and execute multi-channel product campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
- Craft internal and external communications that align teams, inform customers, and amplify our product stories
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of product communications and campaigns to drive continuous improvement
- Support product launch planning and execution, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product, comms, brand, enablement, and legal)
- Ensure internal readiness across sales, customer support, and marketing functions for new product releases
- Collaborate with ecosystem or channel partners on joint go-to-market efforts, co-branded campaigns, and partner enablement resources
