Summary

Join Lunit, a medical AI software company, as a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for our Oncology Group. You will lead product marketing efforts for our AI-powered oncology solutions, developing and executing strategies to drive product differentiation and market penetration. Collaborate with product teams, define product positioning, craft compelling messaging, and create sales enablement materials. This remote US-based role requires a deep understanding of the precision oncology market and strong strategic and analytical thinking. You will translate complex scientific concepts into persuasive value propositions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The position reports to the Director of Marketing for Lunit Oncology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (advanced degrees in biology-related fields preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 1 year in product marketing within the precision oncology, biotech, or diagnostic industry
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing innovative precision oncology products to biopharma, pathologist, and/or HCP clinical segments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts and clinical data to diverse audiences
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with demonstrated success in developing successful marketing strategies and plans that drive business growth
  • Flexibility to collaborate closely with international colleagues in different time zones
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time
  • Access to high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
  • Access to a quiet, designated home office space free from distractions

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies and plans in collaboration with product teams to drive product differentiation and market penetration
  • Define the positioning of Lunit's oncology products within the market to ensure differentiation and alignment with customer needs
  • Craft compelling messaging to effectively communicate the value proposition and applications of our products with both biopharma and clinical segments
  • Take complex scientific + clinical data and simplify the insights into persuasive content that resonates with stakeholders
  • Work closely with product, marcom, business development, sales, and medical affairs teams to develop effective sales aids, trainings, and educational materials to support the sales process

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Life Sciences
  • Experience marketing AI-powered healthcare solutions or precision oncology products
  • Knowledge of biomarkers, companion diagnostics, or immuno-oncology
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and MLR review processes for marketing medical devices or diagnostics
  • Familiarity with working in a β€˜start-up’ environment
