Responsibilities

  • Create and execute marketing strategies and messaging that resonate with customers, partners, and affiliates
  • Work with Product and Marketing teams to align marketing efforts with the product roadmap, focusing on how customers get value from Nextiva solutions
  • Lead the creation and delivery of thought leadership content, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert both internally and externally. Develop compelling materials such as whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and speaking engagements to drive industry influence and reinforce Nextiva’s leadership in the industry
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering and analyzing feedback, market trends, and buyer behaviors. Use these insights to inform product strategies, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional decisions, ensuring customer needs are at the center of the organization’s priorities
  • Research market trends and competitors to highlight Nextiva’s differentiation and provide actionable insights for internal teams
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for Nextiva solutions, ensuring alignment with product marketing strategies and messaging
  • Create sales plays, enablement tools, and marketing campaigns to support sales success, while partnering with teams to provide training and resources
