Requirements

  • Have a track record of managing and mentoring a team of marketers
  • Have 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, specializing in industry product marketing within adtech, martech, SaaS, B2B, and digital marketing
  • Have a passion for the B2B industry
  • Be skilled in analyzing market trends and insights to inform strategy
  • Have a proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, advertising technologies, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives
  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex product concepts in a clear and compelling way
  • Have experience creating and delivering effective sales enablement materials that drive product understanding and adoption across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small team of product marketers, ensuring their growth and alignment with our goals
  • Act as the go-to expert in B2B marketing, developing strategies to drive growth in this key area
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new vertical features, solutions, and partnerships, working closely with the broader Marketing team
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences in our key verticals, clearly articulating the value proposition of StackAdapt’s solutions
  • Research industry trends and competitors, and position StackAdapt to stand out
  • Write and deliver high-impact sales tools, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales plays, to empower sales teams and support client engagements
  • Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to identify pain points, challenges, and areas for improvement in both product and marketing strategies
  • Partner closely with product, demand gen, and content teams to drive alignment on product marketing initiatives and overarching business goals
  • Track KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our go-to-market impact
