Requirements
- 5-7 years of product marketing of lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or employer services
- Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer growth and retention
- Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and their application in product marketing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Analytical mindset with experience in market research and performance analysis
- Experience creating compelling content and collateral that drives customer engagement
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic partnership with customer success leaders and managers to deeply understand the needs of current customers and commercial goals
- Craft compelling messaging that communicates the value of our products and services, tailored to existing customers to drive engagement and expansion
- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, informing strategies that support upsell and renewal efforts
- Create targeted content and collateral that supports Customer Success teams in their efforts to educate customers and promote additional products or features
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives in driving upsell and renewal, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes
