Summary

The job is for a Senior Product Operations Analyst at Globalization Partners. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) using data and insights. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in program or project management, product operations, or consulting, and a BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.

Requirements

• 5+ years applicable experience in program or project management, product operations, or consulting role
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related technical field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Technology leaders to design and implement tooling that supports our planning framework and process
• Design and develop dashboards and reports that provide insights into planning & execution
• Provide recurring analysis and insights into our operating performance within R&D
• Ensure the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) efficiently delivers valuable solutions to our business needs and continually adapts to the needs of the organization
• Establish and communicate best practices to the organization via documentation and training
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile Certification (such as, Scrum Alliance Scrum Master (CSM) or Scaled Agile SAFe Agilist (SA))
• Experience with industry-standard project management software products such as Jira, Google Suite etc
• Experience with analytical tools such as Jellyfish, Tableau etc
