Summary

Globalization Partners is seeking a Senior Product Operations Analyst with 5+ years of experience in program or project management, product operations, or consulting. The role involves collaborating with Product and Technology leaders to design and implement tooling, providing insights into operating performance within R&D, and establishing best practices for the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years applicable experience in program or project management, product operations, or consulting role
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related technical field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Technology leaders to design and implement tooling that supports our planning framework and process
• Design and develop dashboards and reports that provide insights into planning & execution
• Provide recurring analysis and insights into our operating performance within R&D
• Ensure the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) efficiently delivers valuable solutions to our business needs and continually adapts to the needs of the organization
• Establish and communicate best practices to the organization via documentation and training
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile Certification (such as, Scrum Alliance Scrum Master (CSM) or Scaled Agile SAFe Agilist (SA))
• Experience with industry-standard project management software products such as Jira, Google Suite etc
• Experience with analytical tools such as Jellyfish, Tableau etc
