Summary

Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • At least 3 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving performance improvement
  • Experience in analyzing data such as performance metrics, customer data, and market trends to support data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated success in creating and delivering clear, actionable reports and presentations to senior leadership
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of how products are developed and how to track performance using different metrics
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions that help the business grow

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that influence the product strategy, decision making, and product development
  • Study product trends, customer feedback and key performance indicators (KPIs) to find areas for improvement and suggest changes that can help the product perform better
  • Keep track of important metrics to see how well products are performing and make sure they are aligned with business goals
  • Conduct regular data audits to verify the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of product performance data, ensuring that it can be used to make informed business decisions
  • Create and deliver clear, data-driven presentations for senior leadership, communicate insights, recommendations, and updates on product performance and strategic initiatives
  • Assess the performance of vendors/partners and competitors to find ways to make our products stand out and improve
  • Collaborate with product managers/owners to define and translate business requirements into actionable plans for new product features or enhancements; and use research to help shape the product’s short and long-term strategy
  • Take the initiative to identify problems or missing steps in current processes and suggest improvements to reduce risks
  • Assist with communication and launch plans for new and/or enhanced products

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or certification in product management or analytics are a plus
