Summary

Join Experian as a Senior Product Owner and collaborate with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans. Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience as a product owner or product manager, with a preference for experience in fraud/risk/compliance software companies
  • Comfortable using Jira and performing data analysis to support product decisions
  • Ability to clarify and document requirements to guide teams and establish an understanding of product requirements and decisions
  • Expertise in building products that solve user problems and create value
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Work with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to translate product requirements into clear user stories, technical requirements, and development milestones
  • Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to release management and post-launch analytics
  • Gather insights and feedback and use this knowledge to refine product positioning and capabilities
  • Establish key product metrics, track feature releases, write release notes, and communicate outcomes. Use data-driven insights to refine product features and drive continuous improvement
  • Advocate for the end-user by ensuring product design and functionality deliver an intuitive, smooth experience from integration onwards
  • Assist the Principal Product Manager and other collaborators in shaping the strategic direction of the product suite by identifying market opportunities, aligning with objectives, and prioritizing relevant product features
  • Be a product expert, working with GTM teams to position our offerings and highlight differentiators and value propositions
