Senior Product Owner

Summary

Join Devsu as a highly skilled Product Owner to lead a small product team, bridging stakeholders and the development team. You will be proficient in English and Agile methodologies, managing Scrum ceremonies. Your key responsibilities include gathering requirements, writing user stories, and collaborating with technical teams for successful product delivery. Requirements

• Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Experience working closely with development teams, with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts when required
• Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables
• Proven ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team to ensure product requirements are effectively translated into actionable features
• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Write detailed and comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation to support development efforts
• Manage and track progress using tools like Jira and Confluence, ensuring visibility and clarity for all team members
• Work closely with the development team to clarify technical requirements, answer questions, and resolve blockers as needed
• Ensure alignment between product features and stakeholder expectations through continuous feedback loops
• Collaborate with designers using tools like Figma (a plus) to refine feature requirements and enhance user experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Figma is a plus
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum (Kanban is a plus)
