Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a SaaS company, focusing on billing and payment platforms
  • Hands-on expertise with Zuora Billing, Stripe, ChargeBee, or other subscription billing and payment solutions
  • Experience integrating billing systems with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP solutions (e.g., NetSuite)
  • Deep understanding of subscription billing models, payment processing, and revenue workflows in a SaaS environment
  • Proficient in SQL and data analysis to troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize system performance
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams on priorities and deliverables
  • Proven ability to drive automation and process improvement within billing and payment systems to support scalability and digital transformation

Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance LastPass’s Zuora Billing platform, ensuring its scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency to support the company’s rapid growth
  • Lead the design and execution of payment processing workflows, integrating platforms such as Cybersource, Adyen, and NetSuite to ensure seamless financial operations
  • Own the product backlog and drive initiatives to improve billing accuracy, payment reliability, and subscription lifecycle management, including contract amendments, renewals, and cancellations
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to unlock new revenue growth opportunities by enabling pricing strategies, promotions, and discounting models
  • Collaborate with Salesforce and Data Engineering teams to ensure seamless data flows between CRM, billing, and financial systems, reducing friction in customer purchases and renewals
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline billing, invoicing, payment reconciliation, and compliance workflows across Finance, Revenue Operations, and Accounting teams
  • Define and document technical and operational workflows, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and external compliance requirements (SOX, PCI)
  • Act as the subject matter expert and escalation point for billing and payment system challenges, providing strategic guidance and hands-on resolution
  • Continuously assess market trends and emerging payment technologies to keep LastPass at the forefront of digital commerce innovation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solution Architecture experience, particularly in designing and implementing scalable billing and payment integrations
  • Knowledge of financial compliance standards, including SOX and PCI compliance
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira for managing product roadmaps and delivery
