Summary
Join Guild as a Senior Manager, Product Marketing and play a pivotal role in shaping product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Requirements
- 6+ years marketing experience in a B2B environment (product marketing experience preferred)
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for diverse audiences, especially HR or L&D buyers
- Demonstrated ability to manage product launch timelines, dependencies and deliverables with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in creating high-quality, customer-centric marketing materials and enablement assets
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform strategy and measure success
Responsibilities
- Develop positioning and messaging for specific products or capabilities that communicates the value of our products to diverse audiences, including employees, employers, and/or learning partners
- Conduct specific market research and customer insights projects that inform go-to-market plans, product roadmaps, and/or positioning
- Translate customer pain points and market differentiation into actionable messaging for partner-facing teams
- Create a suite of materials (e.g. decks, demos, scripts) that clearly articulate the value of our products
- Collaborate with the Partnership Enablement team to deliver training, tools, and/or workshops that enable go-to-market teams
- Execute go-to-market activities for specific products and/or capabilities, ensuring alignment with Sales, Employer Partnerships, Marketing and Product teams
- Manage timelines and deliverables for launches, ensuring goals are met and providing feedback for continuous improvement
- Contribute to specific projects to build and/or improve key Product Marketing processes (e.g. GTM playbook, customer research methodology, etc
