• Minimum of 5-8+ years of product management or product ownership experience in a B2B environment
• Significant experience with invoicing and finance software, with a focus on SMB invoicing
• In-depth knowledge of the Handwerk (crafts and trade) industry and its specific invoicing requirements
• Strong ownership mentality with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology and innovation

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals and user needs
• Leverage extensive experience in invoicing and finance SaaS to develop solutions that address the specific needs of SMBs
• Ensure products comply with industry standards and best practices in financial management
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
• Conduct regular backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
• Ensure that the product delivers maximum value to the user and aligns with company objectives
• Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product decisions
