Senior Product Strategy Manager

Summary

Join Droids On Roids, a Wrocław-based software house, as their new Product Strategy Manager! This 100% remote role offers the chance to build a new department from the ground up, leading a team of strategists, designers, and UX researchers. You will be responsible for defining product vision, OKRs, and roadmaps, conducting workshops and discovery sessions, and creating compelling proposals. Leverage your analytical skills to inform product development and ensure high-quality processes. This impactful leadership position provides significant decision-making authority and collaboration with various teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, Digital areas
• Knowledge of tools and frameworks: Lean Canvas, Value Proposition, Opportunity Tree, Product Roadmap, Discovery
• Experience in conducting workshops (Design Sprint, Inception, Discovery)
• Practical knowledge of Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban
• Very good analytical skills
• Experience in storytelling, bidding and working with the client
• Skills and willingness to cooperate with tech and business teams
• Communication skills in English (daily work with clients and Apadmi) and Polish at least at B2 level

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team – you will lead 1 strategist, 3 designers/UX researchers, and domain experts. Mentoring, recruitment, career development
• Workshops and discovery – you will be responsible for inception sessions, discovery, defining visions, OKRs, values and product roadmaps
• Bidding and consulting – as support for the sales team, you will create consistent bidding and product strategies that are consistent with the needs and vision of our clients
• Working with data – you will analyze data from the market, competition and users to recommend development directions
• Ensuring the quality of processes – you will introduce frameworks and metrics so that discovery and strategy have repeatable quality
• Cooperation with teams – you will work side by side with Delivery, Engineering, Growth and Client Services – from vision to implementation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consulting or the role of digital/product advisor will be a big plus!
