  • Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design—research insights → wireframes → shipped UI
  • Experience and comfort in both lofi and hifi tools such as Balsamiq, prototyping, and design-system management
  • Confident and comfortable designing for complex workflows: RBAC , dashboards, policy engines, APIs

  • Quickly iterate on user flows, wireframes, workflows, prototypes, and design specifications with Design, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Establish and maintain Halcyon’s design system and design library (components, patterns, tokens) in Figma; ensure consistency across web app, docs, and in-product messaging
  • Translate complex telemetry—alerts, events, etc—into clear charts, tables, and visual cues that accelerate user insight and action
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with PMs, engineers, security analysts, brand and marketing to ship intentional and accessible designs on time
  • Analyze user behaviour, and iterate quickly in our fast-paced, startup environment incorporating customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into designs
