Support the software sales cycle by participating in sales processes, providing customer insights on implementation, and creating service quotations. Develop project scopes based on client requirements, detailing capabilities, functions, and system integration. Develop and document the Statement of Work (SOW), project timelines, and resource requirements. Deliver projects using Agile methodology, including requirements gathering, sprint planning, user training, and solution implementation. Leverage supply chain expertise to test requirements and provide insights. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with robust governance. Manage post-implementation support and conduct quarterly business reviews. Remote work is permitted.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelorโs degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field and five (5) years of experiencein the job offered or in a related position
- Requirements gathering, business process mapping, value stream analysis, and root cause analysis
- Serving as an architect in designing complex technical supply chain planning systems that include demand forecasting and supply planning applications
- Deep understanding of statistical demand forecasting and inventory optimizing techniques, including Holts-winter modeling, exponential smoothing, statistical safety stock, and multi-tier inventory optimization
- Using data analytics toolkits, SQL and advanced Excel functions, to analyze complex data sets and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Utilizing programming skills to develop custom solutions or automate repetitive tasks and experience in agile project methodology and code testing
- Developing reports for business executives using reporting tools Tableau and SQL
- 10-20% of domestic and international travel required
Responsibilities
- Support the software sales cycle by participating in the sales process, providing insight to the customer on the implementation approach, and providing service quotations for inclusion in bid responses
- Develop the project scope based on the clientโs requirements, detailing the capabilities, functions, and system integration
- Develop and document the SOW based on the project scope in terms of capabilities, responsibilities, activities, deliverables, assumptions, and estimates
- Develop the project timeline and resource requirements for the client and the implementation team
- Using Agile project methodology, deliver projects from the development of project plans and run workshops with clients, requirements gathering, sprint planning, user training, UAT, and solution implementation
- Apply supply chain experience to fully test the requirements for completeness and coherency and provide insight on options
- Provide a high quality of implementation driving positive and referenceable clients. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with robust governance
- Manage post-implementation support to record and resolve client-reported issues to ensure responses are managed within the SLA. Conduct a quarterly business review with key stakeholders in support of the above
