Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; 5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
  • U.S. Citizenship; Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier IV Moderate Risk Background Investigation
  • Possesses an ownership mentality and is a self-starter with high level of drive
  • Expert-level communicator who knows how to manage expectations proactively and clearly, both internally and externally
  • Possesses extreme attention to detail and high standard of excellence/quality for all work products
  • Flexible, able to adapt to different groups, personalities, and expectations
  • Has experience working in and across cross-functional teams
  • Possesses strong appetite for teamwork and collaboration
  • Knows when to ask for help

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of program initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope and timeline
  • Contribute to and coordinate the development and delivery of work products, reports, and metrics in accordance with contract requirements, i.e. Performance Work Statement (PWS)
  • Support program tasks including program operations support, deliverable management, and program management support using a variety of tools, e.g. MS Office, Slack, Monday.com
  • Map and track dependencies and removing team blockers
  • Interact with customers and peers within the government in a professional manner
  • Analyze policies, procedures, and systems making recommendations for continuous optimization and improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing program support to a large, complex federal initiative
  • VA or similar government organization experience
  • Consulting experience
