Summary
Join Aledade as a Sr. Program Manager to lead a team in identifying and executing opportunities to reduce the total cost of care across ACOs. You will scope and execute priority programs focused on improving patient health outcomes and managing costs. Manage a team, cross-functional members, and vendors to implement and measure program impact. Identify, scope, and evaluate new innovation opportunities by analyzing industry trends and data. Develop pilot proposals and implementation plans. Document and disseminate best practices in program management. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, 10 years of project definition and management experience, and 4-6 years managing project teams. Experience in value-based care, health innovation, and working with cross-functional stakeholders is essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 yrs experience defining and managing projects, plus 4 – 6 yrs managing project teams
- Track record of successful project delivery in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Poise, confidence, and maturity interacting with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and analyze new opportunities (including opportunity sizing)
- Experience working in value-based care, health innovation, and external vendors
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including product, clinicians, and data scientists
Responsibilities
- Scope and execute priority programs (primarily focused on interventions that improve patient health outcomes and manage total cost of care)
- Manage a team of program managers, cross-functional team members, and vendor relationships to effectively implement and measure the impact of approved programs
- Identify, scope, and evaluate new innovation opportunities
- Analyze emerging trends in the industry, data, and input from Aledade SMEs and practices to identify potential opportunities
- Size impact and cost of pursuing opportunities; define value proposition and case to pursue the opportunity
- Develop pilot proposals and implementation plans
- Manage the process to document and disseminate best practices in program management and manage core team processes including synthesizing weekly updates and ‘savings pod’ meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or MPH
- Experience working with primary care practices
