Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in a program or project management role, ideally in a high-stakes manufacturing or construction environment
- Manufacturing industry experience is a requirement
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, clearly articulating strategy and project updates across diverse settings
- Must have a history of strong performance and experience in high-stress environments where quick problem-solving is essential
- Ability to be hands-on leadership technics and the c apability to handle both high-level strategy and detailed execution as needed
- Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment across departments and effective communication with stakeholders
- Own and drive program initiatives from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client specifications
- Identify and document project risks and issues, resolving cross-team impediments to keep projects on track
- Track key metrics and milestones to guide teams toward efficient processes and optimal outcomes
- Maintain rigorous documentation, ensuring traceability of project deliverables and compliance with quality standards
- Implement change management strategies to support continuous improvement and project success
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management
- Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration
- Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support
- Experience with construction project management systems (i.e., Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma, etc.)
