Requirements
- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in managing complex programs in a fast-paced consultancy or enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of Enterprise software environments & project setup
- Strong client management skills, with experience working with large tech clients
- Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of delivering high-impact solutions while managing scope, timelines, and budgets
- Ability to support cross-functional teams, driving collaboration across engineering, design, and product teams
- Experience with risk management, conflict resolution, and decision-making in high-pressure environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support project teams with project setup, scoping, negotiations & prioritization
- Advise clients on roadmaps, priorities & changing needs under tight deadlines
- Where applicable, provide product or project guidance to all stakeholders
- Assist project teams by tracking, documenting, and reporting on project initiatives
- Detailed written & verbal communication to all stakeholders including project teams, clients & executives
- Support key project leads on current and potential future work
- Learn fast while working independently and reliably
