Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in managing complex programs in a fast-paced consultancy or enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise software environments & project setup
  • Strong client management skills, with experience working with large tech clients
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Track record of delivering high-impact solutions while managing scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Ability to support cross-functional teams, driving collaboration across engineering, design, and product teams
  • Experience with risk management, conflict resolution, and decision-making in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support project teams with project setup, scoping, negotiations & prioritization
  • Advise clients on roadmaps, priorities & changing needs under tight deadlines
  • Where applicable, provide product or project guidance to all stakeholders
  • Assist project teams by tracking, documenting, and reporting on project initiatives
  • Detailed written & verbal communication to all stakeholders including project teams, clients & executives
  • Support key project leads on current and potential future work
  • Learn fast while working independently and reliably
