Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition: Identify, solicit, and secure new referral partners to expand the companyβs partner ecosystem
- Revenue Growth: Drive referral partner revenue by developing and executing strategic plans that align with company goals
- Forecasting: Develop and manage processes to forecast partner deals accurately, utilizing data-driven insights and market trends to predict future partner opportunities and revenue streams
- Enablement Programs: Design and implement robust enablement programs to equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively promote and sell our software solutions
- Incentive Programs: Create and manage incentive programs to motivate and reward partners, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and partner performance metrics
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure partner needs are met, to drive joint initiatives and to ensure alignment and understanding of the latest partner processes
