Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or a related field
- At least 5 years of project management experience in software development
- Requires five to six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Strong technical experience required
- Professional experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology
- Experience working in cross functional large programs involving 10+ teams
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, analytical and communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of initiative and sense of urgency
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence others
- Certified Scrum Master
Responsibilities
- Foster growth and efficiency through continuous improvement, while facilitating effective lean scrum ceremonies and processes for 2 or more teams adopting best practices as it applies to the organization
- Provide leadership and direction working with cross functional teams, removing impediments, managing dependencies within and outside of the team and program
- Proven leadership, management abilities to manage scope, timeline, resources/budget for programs with high level of transparency and visibility to drive accountability
- Ability to collaborate with the product, engineering leadership to understand business objectives, product and technical requirements with ease. Handle change management effectively
- Serve as liaison, coach, guide between the product owner, development team, and management in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met
- Build strong dashboards (JIRA, Excel) and reports for management in order to analyze teamβs progress and facilitate data to drive decisions
- Identify and drive to resolve key issues, risks, and mitigation plans by resolving conflicts
- Regular metrics and communication on status to leaders, stakeholders Agile teams
- Facilitate healthy product backlog through effective and productive meetings
- Coordinate release content, timelines, communication, readiness reviews, Go/No-Go reviews for delivering high quality releases effectively
- Demonstrated expertise in exerting influence and motivation to drive outcomes through build-and-rollout process changes at all levels for continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAFe or relevant Scaled Agile methodology is highly preferred
- Experience in the Healthcare Industry is a plus
