Senior Program Manager

Summary

Join Samsara, the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, and help improve the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of physical operations. As a Senior Program Manager, you will drive key planning and execution business rhythms, work closely with Engineering partners to identify opportunities to drive efficiency, and evaluate key metrics to develop insights and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or chief of staff role for a high-growth and/or large-scale organization
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders, including C-suite, Product & Engineering VPs, Finance, and cross-functional partners
• Strong business acumen, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven, with the ability to structure complex analysis and derive insights
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute on large, cross-functional processes and initiatives
• Comfortable with ambiguity and is a self-starter

Responsibilities

• Own and drive our key planning and execution business rhythms (e.g., 3-year planning, annual planning, quarterly business reviews, BU meetings)
• Work closely with Engineering partners to identify opportunities to drive efficiency and increase organizational productivity
• Evaluate key metrics, customer feedback, and industry trends to develop insights and strategic recommendations
• Drive decision-making across cross-functional teams and with senior leadership
• Design and launch high-priority strategic initiatives related to the engineering team
