Summary
Join Twilio's People Services and Innovation team as a Sr. Program Manager for Talent Acquisition Optimization and Experience. This role is crucial in enhancing Twilio's hiring culture globally by designing efficient recruiting processes. Requirements
- 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, TA Enablement or Operations in a global organization of 5K+ employees globally
- 7+ years of relevant experience in product management, operations management, or portfolio management
- Experience working with large-scale, sophisticated change and transformations including knowledge of change management best practices
- Previous experience in implementing TA Tools such as ATS or CRM tools
- High levels of resourcefulness, influence, organizational savviness, execution skills from strategy through implementation
- Demonstrated experience as a process designer, with the ability to create, document, and refine processes that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Proven experience in delivering global programs aligned with initiatives/projects with knowledge of Core Talent Acquisition tools and systems (Workday HCM and Greenhouse ATS required, Eightfold.ai or Visier is strongly preferred)
- Strong data management skills, including data analysis, data governance, and data reporting
- Strong business acumen and systems thinking
- Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills. The ability to quickly build trust, navigate ambiguity, and exercise good judgment
- Innovative, creative thinking, with strong influencing, and conflict-resolution skills
Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and optimize end-to-end recruitment workflows, leveraging advanced process improvement methodologies to ensure efficiency, utilization of AI, scalability, and alignment with evolving organizational priorities
- Partner closely with the TA and key internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable design requirements and plans that drive TA initiatives
- Drive the connective tissue and alignment across our operations, analytics, processes and technology strategy so that our priorities deliver and drive progress toward our strategic milestones
- Facilitate workshops and meetings amongst stakeholders to drive consensus and decisions in order to advance program goals
- Serve as the central liaison between TA and Tech teams, employing project management frameworks to drive effective communication, prioritize tasks, proactive risk management and deliver on complex, cross-functional initiatives within set timelines. Will be responsible for implementing recruiting tools and systems
- Oversee the testing and troubleshooting of new tools, systems, and processes to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Provide support and guidance throughout the implementation process
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects independently, driving initiatives from concept to execution while empowering partners to contribute to the project's success
- Provide strategic and operational support for Talent Acquisition and People Services Innovation Teams, including the development of key communications and presentations and enablement ensuring alignment with development of organizational goals
- Collaborate with COEs and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal training or experience in project or program management with a proven track record of successful execution
- Experience with different project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to manage complex projects is beneficial
