Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management) preferred
- 8+ years of program management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-project programs from initiation to completion
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- In-depth knowledge of program management methodologies and best practices
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Develop program plans, objectives, and strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and goals
- Identify key milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements to meet project objectives
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure program success
- Oversee the execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement corrective actions
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project milestones
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, executives, and team members to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives
- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and handle conflicts or challenges during the program lifecycle
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success
- Develop risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies to minimize disruptions
- Optimize resource allocation across projects to ensure efficient use of manpower, technology, and budget
- Work with resource managers to address any resource constraints and ensure adequate support for projects
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular project reviews and quality checks to ensure deliverables meet established criteria
- Prepare and present program status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records
- Continuously assess program management processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance program effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consumer products, data, and analytics tools
- Familiarity with AI and data privacy concepts
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project tracking tools
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing requirements
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Ability to build business relationships and influence executive stakeholders through verbal and written communication
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
