Senior Project Manager

Location preference is Latin America, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work. Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing concepts clearly and effectively
• 8+ years of demonstrated track record leading teams delivering end-to-end digital marketing solutions in an agency or professional services organization
• Previous experience in a project management role leading delivery teams in marketing technology and/or CRM platforms
• Knowledge of marketing best practices and familiarity with marketing programs and methods, including marketing plans, strategic recommendations, A/B testing, execution, and reading results
• Knowledge of technical concepts and tools relevant to CRM marketing (ie. marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, analytics tools, personalization engines, email production processes)
• Experience working with enterprise-level companies
• Demonstrable critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and willingness to take on complex challenges

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a variety of CRM marketing projects from initiation to completion, coordinating and managing all aspects of project delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for client and team stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, key milestones, and any changes in scope
• Work with key stakeholders to conduct project meetings with clear agendas and actionable outcomes to track work across various teams and facilitate communication and feedback routing
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests
• Track, manage & report on project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring efficient project delivery and partnering with internal teams to ensure sufficient resourcing and on-time delivery of assets
• Work closely with technical teams to understand platform capabilities and limitations relevant to marketing projects
• Collaborate with the sales or account management team to understand new project opportunities and client needs, providing input on project scope and feasibility
• Foster a one-team mindset, actively monitoring and reporting team morale, and demonstrating a people-person attitude that thrives in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Platform experience with Iterable, Braze, Blueshift, Klaviyo, or Marketo
• Previous experience with email production
• Has superior written skills, epic organization, email etiquette, and communication skills
• Is a people person and has a good attitude, friendly, and thrives in a team environment
• Worked in an organization that has multiple teams and can communicate well cross-functionally
• Is a self-starter and motivated
