Summary

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the IT or software development industries
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Exceptional leadership and team motivation skills, with a focus on collaboration
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while effectively communicating objectives to stakeholders and team members
  • Facilitate project planning sessions and lead regular meetings to track progress and address issues proactively
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks, manage conflicts, and ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor and report on project performance, making data-driven decisions to ensure successful outcomes
  • Mentor and support project team members, fostering professional development and collaboration
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are followed to deliver high-standard project outcomes
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify success factors and areas for improvement, ensuring continuous learning and application of best practices

Preferred Qualifications

CMP or PMP certification is preferred
