Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in end-to-end project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering enterprise projects on time and within budget
• Experience within professional services, consulting, or industries such as Contact Center operations and Conversational AI
• Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Strong grasp of sales processes and business analysis, with the ability to align project goals with broader business objectives
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail
• Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing innovative solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Expertise in project management software and tools

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and comprehensive project plans with clear timelines and milestones
• Regularly update stakeholders, team members, and senior management on project goals, progress, and potential challenges
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively, developing contingency plans to ensure project success
• Foster a collaborative environment among project team members by defining clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations
• Track and manage action items, ensuring all parties deliver on their commitments and project goals are met
• Oversee project testing and ensure deliverables align with Cognigy’s quality standards
• Conduct evaluations to capture lessons learned, applying improvements to future projects

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with APIs and SaaS solutions is advantageous
