Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple initiatives within the BTS program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Collaborate with initiative owners to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, highlighting dependencies and critical path activities
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including senior leadership, initiative owners, and project teams
• Support the transformational elements required to embed the Operating Model, ensuring sustainable change and continuous improvement
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders
