Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on healthcare preferred
  • Proven experience in program management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple growth initiative projects from inception to completion
  • Develop project plans, define scope, set timelines, allocate resources, and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Oversee the integration of various projects to ensure they align with broader company objectives and create synergies
  • Facilitate meetings to promote collaboration, gather insights, and drive decision-making processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical teams, marketing, finance, and partnerships
  • Gather feedback and insights from stakeholders to ensure projects meet the needs of clients and align with best practices in addiction treatment
  • Analyze project data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Prepare and present project reports to the Chief Growth Officer and other executive leadership, showcasing progress, outcomes, and learnings
  • Ensure all projects comply with regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare management
  • Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards in service delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of addiction treatment practices and policies is a plus
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PgMP, etc.) preferred
