Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
  • Professional Background: 3+ years in business transformation, management consulting, or a related role in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven organization
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead mid-to-large scale projects from initiation to successful completion, delivering measurable business outcomes. Skilled in influencing stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and ensuring cohesive execution across cross-functional teams. Experienced in leveraging both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Process Improvement: Experience with methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Change Management: Understanding of change management principles and experience developing strategies for successful adoption of initiatives
  • SaaS Expertise: Familiarity with SaaS business models and key business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP)
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess unusual circumstances and devise creative solutions
  • Relationship Building: Ability to enhance relationships with senior internal/external partners, often requiring persuasion and influence

Responsibilities

  • Manage Key Initiatives: Drive cross-functional projects that support operational excellence, business growth, and organizational efficiency through partnerships with departmental leaders
  • Lead Projects: Oversee mid- to large-scale projects, ensuring they align with business priorities and focus on process optimization, operational improvements, and scalability
  • Develop Project Plans: Create and manage project plans, roadmaps, and timelines, tracking progress and mitigating risks
  • Spearhead Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training programs to foster adoption and minimize resistance
  • Leverage Analytics: Use data-driven insights to measure program success, refine initiatives, and provide regular updates to departmental leaders and stakeholders
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams across departments such as product, sales, customer success, finance, and IT to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives
