Summary

Requirements

  • A technical bachelor's degree in an energy-related discipline
  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience (graduate school years applicable)
  • A minimum of 5 years project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis including expert experience in Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct large collaborative facilitated sessions
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk management and mitigation
  • Strong technical writing, data analysis, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage tactical and strategic tasks
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and to serve as the primary point of client contact for some projects
  • Ability to work, push forward, and thrive juggling many activities and communications
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Office (Office365, SharePoint, OneNote)

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall direction, execution, quality control and completion of project deliverables
  • Facilitate changes in requirements, documentation, processes and systems
  • Communicate project progress to management, clients and utility partners
  • Interact with customers, clients, utility partners, and external collaborators, including leading meetings and presentations
  • Conduct robust data analysis
  • Track industry trends and other market changes that impact DERs
  • Organize and facilitate in-person meetings, conference calls, and facilitated collaboration sessions
  • Conduct program status meetings, capture escalations, and resolve
  • Employee supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity and/or experience working with solar programs
  • Experience and fluency with the utility incentive program and regulatory framework
  • Experience working directly with government bodies and utilities
  • Direct experience in incentive program design and implementation
  • Ability to review and analyze legislative and contract documentation
  • Experience in Python
