Senior Project Manager

Summary

Join Experian as an Open Data Platforms Project Manager and lead multiple projects focused on data enrichment, data provider connections, data access platforms, and consumer permission data consent services. You will manage projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion, collaborating with various teams. Responsibilities include coordinating with product managers and development teams, building detailed project plans, tracking progress in Jira and Confluence, assisting in roadmap planning, overseeing partnerships with external data providers, and collaborating with legal and compliance teams. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of project management experience, and knowledge of open data standards and data governance. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in data management, technology, or digital transformation projects
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Asana or other similar tools
• Knowledge of open data standards, data integration, data enrichment, and data governance practices
• Familiarity with consent management and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile)

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of several projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Including projects related to Data Platform & Data Enrichment
• Data Accessibility
• Optimization of Machine Learning Models
• Data Consent Management Services
• Operational Platform Updates
• Coordinate with product managers and development teams to identify workstreams, establish project timelines, milestones, and general platform deliverables
• Build detailed project plans encompassing tasks from all workstreams, track dependencies, and track to milestones
• Ensure platform teams are capturing project-related information in Jira and Confluence
• Assist product team in platform roadmap planning efforts and quarterly planning
• Oversee partnerships with external data providers
• Collaborate with partners from legal and compliance teams on projects related to managing user consent across different data platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with cloud services and data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
