Summary

Join Movemedical, a fast-growing company building a leading SaaS platform for medical device supply chain automation, as a Senior Project Manager. Lead and deliver world-class implementations of enterprise SaaS software, working cross-functionally with internal and external teams. Manage client expectations, foster relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will plan, execute, and monitor projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and proactively resolve issues. Contribute to process improvement and build strong collaborative relationships. Success in this role involves delivering multiple successful projects, earning positive client feedback, and improving delivery processes.

Requirements

  • You have 10+ years of enterprise project management experience , ideally in SaaS or enterprise software implementations involving integrations
  • You have led multi-stakeholder, client-facing projects from planning through go-live , taking ownership of scope, risk, and delivery
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, both with clients and cross-functional teams, and excel in negotiation and influencing decision making
  • You’re well-versed in project management best practices and tools like Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office
  • You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in remote, fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead organized, effective project meetings with a clear agenda and actionable outcomes
  • Ensure that clients have a well-coordinated understanding of their responsibilities related to design, testing, change management, training, go-live, and hypercare activities
  • Work cross-functionally with internal team members responsible for design, configuration and testing of system functions to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
  • Plan project activities and ensure scope is clearly understood by both clients and internal development staff
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans that assign clear ownership of all tasks and account for key dependencies
  • Clearly communicate and document project risks, assumptions, and dependencies to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate and document scope changes and guide them through the appropriate change management workflow and set appropriate customer expectations on timing
  • Provide clear, complete project status reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and work with clients and internal teams to resolve potential or realized issues, escalating appropriately with clarity and a strong sense of urgency
  • Facilitate the request, approval, and documentation of scope changes and manage their impact on project timelines and budget
  • Ensure thorough documentation is captured and maintained throughout the project, including meeting notes, integration details, status updates, and schedules
  • Identify opportunities to improve project management templates, processes, and tools
  • Establish strong, collaborative relationships with both clients and internal project teams to build trust and ensure project success
  • Create and track client approvals for quotes related to change requests or support/maintenance enhancements
  • Work with customers and internal team members to identify and communicate project risks and mitigation plans to ensure your assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, supply chain, or medical devices is a plus, but not required
