Summary

The job description is for a Senior Project Manager position in a digital agency. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of project management experience, a bachelor's degree is preferred, and they will be responsible for managing web development projects from conception to delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years project management experience in successfully delivering marketing and technology solutions
• Must have agency experience
• Candidate must be detail oriented, organized and an efficient time manager
• Candidate should possess a clear understanding of the principles of Project Management and appropriate methodologies and processes
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and to deliver to budget
• Able to be flexible and tolerate ambiguity while still operating effectively
• Comprehend Functional Requirements and Business documentation
• Emergent understanding of MS Office tools
• Proactively seeks opportunities to build upon existing knowledge, skills and abilities

Responsibilities

• Partners with other project leaders to drive teams of 8+ people
• Developing and maintaining multiple project plans, including deliverables, key milestones, timelines, and schedules
• Builds and structures the project team to ensure maximum performance
• Provides purpose, direction and motivation to internal project team
• Clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria
• Pro-active mindset leveraging project management best practices to identify and mitigate project risk
• Responsible for successful project delivery
• Manages peer-level client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.)
• Acts as day to day project management contact for the client
