Senior Project Manager, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

The job is for a German-speaking Senior Project Manager to independently manage and scale international online and offline language programs at Lingoda, with a focus on helping students pass their language exams in order to start their careers in Germany. The position is based in Berlin or remote.

Requirements

• Ownership and goal-orientation

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• English language skills (C1) and German language skills (C1)
• University degree in business, education or similar field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or similar

Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for large scale international projects including budget and cost control
• Development, optimization and implementation of standardized and scalable processes while ensuring high quality results
• Acquiring new partners and setting up international operations from scratch as well as growing existing cooperations in different countries
• Regular reporting on project progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Providing pragmatic solutions on current challenges and processes and implementing them
