Requirements

• Bring at least 5 years of Project manager experience, managing technical, non-technical and operations projects and proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget
• Have experience with Jira
• Possess strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, with the ability to apply the right methodology depending on the project
• Be a master communicator with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Have strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Possess leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and guide teams to success
• Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical and non-technical projects, ensuring successful delivery of all projects in a timely manner and within scope and budget
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Engineering etc, as well as other stakeholders and keeping an open and effective communication with them
• Oversee the planning and execution of the projects
• Monitor the progress of projects
• Set deadlines for projects
• Allocate resources for projects
• Distribute tasks across the relevant teams
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues
• Develop strategies to ensure projects remain on track
• Address challenges promptly
