Summary

Join Vonage's Business Critical Transformation (BCT) Office as a Senior CFIUS Project Manager and help drive compliance with CFIUS requirements. Lead and oversee complex projects to enhance the organization's compliance framework, managing multiple transformational initiatives to ensure sustained compliance. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Drive compliance strategies and prepare for audits. The ideal candidate will have a proven leadership track record, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in project management and regulatory compliance. This role involves managing project teams, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and driving change management processes. You will also prepare for and lead audits, and mentor junior project managers.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project management, with a proven ability to lead complex compliance projects and initiatives
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams and interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Expert-level problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex regulatory challenges
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-evolving regulatory and corporate environment
  • Deep knowledge and experience with government regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management, with at least 2 years in a senior role or managing compliance-driven projects

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and execute large-scale compliance projects, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance policies and procedures are effectively integrated into Vonageโ€™s operations
  • Manage project teams, including assigning roles and responsibilities, providing guidance, and overseeing progress
  • Actively track project progress, manage resources, and adjust project scope, timelines, and priorities as needed
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal standards
  • Drive change management processes and ensure that all change controls are properly executed
  • Regularly document and communicate project updates, including meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and issue logs
  • Prepare, lead, and coordinate audits, collaborating with external partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to junior project managers and team members
