Requirements

• 6+ years of creative project management experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Clear understanding of the creative development and production processes across a variety of mediums, digital and social assets, video, and activations
• Self-starter mindset, with the ability to handle multiple projects with minimal oversight
• Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership, to get things done efficiently and correctly
• Incredible organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive problem solving, with the ability to always be one step ahead

Responsibilities

• Manage the creative development process for all consumer-facing initiatives - communicating timelines, daily/weekly status updates, and identifying potential risks/roadblocks
• Develop project timelines and manage creative reviews, approvals, stakeholder meetings, and creative presentations
• Partner on a daily basis with Business Leads and Creative Leads to manage the Dx/B2B workstream, and continuously seek opportunities to optimize project workflows a process
• Help manage third-party creative relationships, interfacing regularly with freelancers and production vendors
• Contribute to a positive environment that fosters remarkable creativity

Preferred Qualifications

The ability to learn programs easily is a must, and if you have experience with Monday.com or Figma already, that's a bonus!
