Requirements
- 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in HR-related projects within a tech environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HRIS platforms, and data-driven HR strategies
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
- Ability to drive cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and present to senior executives
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to navigate complex HR and organizational challenges
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech companies with evolving priorities
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR projects, such as talent acquisition strategies, performance management enhancements, benefits renewal, focal cycle programs, and employee engagement programs
- Act as a strategic partner to HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to drive alignment and successful execution of HR priorities
- Lead change initiatives to support organizational growth, and workforce transformations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption
- Ensure HR projects align with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies, mitigating risks related to compliance and employee relations through partnership with Legal and Compliance teams
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of HR initiatives, leveraging insights to continuously refine strategies
- Creating and refining project playbooks and processes to ensure HR programs are consistent, repeatable, and scalable
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PMI-ACP, or HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SPHR)
