Senior Property Claims Adjuster

Summary

Join a dynamic field claims team as a Sr. Property Claims Adjuster, assisting clients with property claim investigations, evaluations, and settlements. This remote role (Fargo, ND and NW Minnesota) blends on-site inspections with virtual tools. You will investigate claims, determine coverage, conduct inspections, prepare estimates using Xactimate, negotiate settlements, and handle residential and commercial construction damage claims. Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in claims handling, construction, or related fields
• Knowledge of residential/commercial construction techniques
• Proficiency in Xactimate, MS Word, and Excel
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel for on-site inspections
• Ability to lift, carry, and climb ladders (up to 50 pounds)
• Part 107 drone license required (must be obtained within 5 months of hire)
• Adjuster licensing as required by state regulations
