- Minimum 3β5 years of property management experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based clients

- Experience coordinating lease renewals, inspections, maintenance scheduling, and lease enforcement
- Independent, self-motivated professional with a track record of managing tasks without supervision
- Technologically proficient and comfortable with remote collaboration and documentation tools
- Reliable, proactive, and highly organised in managing multiple responsibilities
- Ability to interact confidently with tenants, vendors, and property owners across multiple channels
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee leasing administration: Handle lease renewals, contracts, addendums and other documentation. Ensure lease compliance and support signature coordination with licensed personnel
- Coordinate inspections and maintenance scheduling: Organise lease renewal inspections, dispatch maintenance requests, and follow up with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Provide excellent customer service: Respond to inbound calls and emails from tenants, property owners, and vendors. Offer solutions, document interactions, and ensure follow-ups are completed professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate records in AppFolio: Use AppFolio for lease tracking, tenant communications, work order submissions, and documentation management
- Use productivity tools to manage communication: Utilise Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive), ChatGPT, RentCheck Inspections, RentEngine CRM, Rentometer, Google Business Listing, and miscellaneous software to streamline daily work and maintain operational clarity
- Collaborate with internal staff: Work closely with the on-site Property Management and Maintenance teams and Office Staff to coordinate customer service efforts, delegate tasks when needed, and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Contribute to company reputation management: Support initiatives such as Google reviews and surveys, and tenant satisfaction outreach to maintain the companyβs excellent reputation
