Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing, including at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in test automation (Python)
- Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing
- Strong hands-on skills in manual testing and working with complex business logic
- Strong experience in performance and load testing
- Solid knowledge of the Kibana system, Postman, and API testing
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Allure reporting)
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Good communication skills in English and russian
Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective testing strategies and plans
- Perform hands-on manual and automated testing (Python)
- Actively collaborate with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the development and release cycles
- Identify bottlenecks and improve QA processes and workflows
- Proactively solve testing-related challenges and ensure product quality
- Not only distribute tasks but also directly participate in day-to-day testing activities
