Senior QA Automation Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software testing, including at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in test automation (Python)
• Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing
• Strong hands-on skills in manual testing and working with complex business logic
• Strong experience in performance and load testing
• Solid knowledge of the Kibana system, Postman, and API testing
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Allure reporting)
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Good communication skills in English and russian

Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective testing strategies and plans
• Perform hands-on manual and automated testing (Python)
• Actively collaborate with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the development and release cycles
• Identify bottlenecks and improve QA processes and workflows
• Proactively solve testing-related challenges and ensure product quality
• Not only distribute tasks but also directly participate in day-to-day testing activities
