Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and executing E2E automation testing for complex systems
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern automation frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar
  • Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, especially system and acceptance testing
  • Familiarity with asynchronous programming and experience working with testing and assertion libraries
  • Solid grasp of how system components interact and how to test across different integration layers
  • Experience in building test automation from scratch or maintaining large-scale frameworks
  • A communicator and collaborator who promotes transparency and cross-team alignment
  • Ownership mindset, always striving to improve and educate others on best QA practices

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable end-to-end (E2E) test automation frameworks
  • Build and own test strategies that cover critical user journeys, aligned with business goals and product vision
  • Implement cross-browser and cross-device testing strategies to ensure broad coverage
  • Integrate API testing into E2E scenarios to verify complex system interactions
  • Use design patterns like Page Object Model (POM) to build clean and maintainable automation code
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to align quality efforts with the technical vision and roadmap of the platform
  • Bring a hands-on mindset to testing infrastructure, tools, and continuous optimization
