Responsibilities
- Lead QA processes for financial market applications, ensuring the highest standards of functionality, security, and performance
- Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for stress testing and market risk systems
- Work collaboratively with development, business analysis, and product teams to align QA activities with the software development lifecycle
- Conduct performance, stress, and regression testing on financial systems
- Manage and maintain test environments in compliance with regulatory and operational requirements
- Mentor junior QA engineers, promoting best practices in QA and testing methodologies
- Drive automation in testing using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, and JMeter plug-ins
