Senior QA Engineer

Join Halo, an international interactive media agency, as a Sr. QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)! You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our end-to-end applications. This role requires proven experience in manual and automation testing within a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment. Requirements

• Proven track record of working experience in manual & automation testing in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement
• Work experience in manual testing for web-based and hybrid applications
• Good understanding of the improvement process for Manual Testing (Smoke, Regression, QA SignOff, GO / NO GO, End-to-End, User Acceptance Testing)
• Solid comprehension of Agile methodologies
• Previous experience in designing and executing test cases, analysis of requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Analytical mindset to identify test scenarios for both Front-end and Back-end
• Collaborate on the Software Development Life Cycle, analyzing test results, errors, and bugs

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full life-cycle of software development from requirements through implementation
• Elaborate reports on the effectiveness and defects to the production team
• Join forces with Test Automation Engineers, Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, Technical Leaders, and Software Developers
• Work in an agile environment with a multicultural team
• Understand test strategies and assess risks
