Summary

The job is for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at an AI-based learning platform company. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4-5 years of proven experience in testing web applications and solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript, with the ability to write and execute automated tests
• Experience with AWS for hosting and cloud-based environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile development environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications, focusing on API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage
• Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with the development team
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Participate in the planning and execution of regression testing during product releases
• Utilize testing tools and frameworks, with a strong emphasis on Python and JavaScript in our technology stack
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and debug issues reported by customers
