• Create comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with project objectives and ensure full coverage of test scenarios
• Lead and mentor the QA team, guiding them toward best practices in testing and quality assurance
• Implement and refine test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes
• Monitor, track, and analyze defects, ensuring timely resolution and reporting on trends
• Work with engineers, product management, and other stakeholders to identify quality risks and establish preventive measures
• Provide regular updates on test results, quality metrics, and progress to stakeholders
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to refine testing processes and methodologies

Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000- $130,000 (annually)
