Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience leading quality assurance and test automation initiatives in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive quality assurance strategies across multiple teams or projects
• Expertise in designing and scaling test automation frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure product quality and delivery efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to take ownership of QA processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving continuous improvement without direct supervisory responsibilities
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and how QA integrates seamlessly within Agile workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies and processes
• Design and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks

• Conduct root-cause analysis on complex issues and provide actionable recommendations
