The Senior Recruiter role involves helping hiring managers write engaging job postings, building diverse candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, making offers, providing updates to leadership, and facilitating a world-class candidate experience. They will need experience recruiting in a high growth company, genuine curiosity about people, high attention to detail, a highly organized approach, emotional intelligence, ability to communicate authentically, and a high level of care for people.

Responsibilities

• Help hiring managers write engaging job postings
• Build diverse candidate pipelines
• Identify, engage, and select the best candidates for current roles
• Conduct application screening calls or other creative requests to select candidates for interviews
• Recommend and manage short-list interviews, recap discussions, and make offers to candidates
• Provide regular updates to the leadership team on the status of all positions
• Help find creative solutions for tough to fill roles
• Complete references, background checks, and other documentation to finalize the hiring process
• Facilitate a world class candidate experience
